SSAFE’s stakeholders represent the food (farm to fork), beverage and pet food industries, animal health and nutrition, foodservice operators, academia, and non governmental organizations.

SSAFE's Membership includes Members, Partners and Collaborators. SSAFE is not exclusionary in it's membership.

SSAFE has memorandums of understanding with the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) and OIE (World Organization for Animal Health)
